Lumia 1020 Mura Effect Question

So I just know about amoled mura effect today, I checked my phone and yes I got a mini HellBoy horn probably 3x6 mm size.
Is it possible to get worse?
If I ask for a replacement, is it possible to get one with perfect screen without mura effect?

don't know about the getting worse bit, but it's certainly not possible to get a 'perfect' display without the mura effect - it's just something that occurs in AMOLED panel production. I've had my 1020 for a bit and the mura effect thingy on my phone is more or less the same
