I've jumped from the Crackberry world and bought my first Windows phone way back in June now. I got a Lumia 1020 and yes, it's a lot different to a BlackBerry (and actually modern, who would have thought?).
Thing is, I'm not sure the Lumia is running in the best of health. Every day I have to hard re-set the phone at some point because it's turned off / locked up. It's more frequent since it got the 8.1 update, so is there any way to find out what's causing it (and possibly how to fix it)?
