Lumia 1020 & 925 freezing on WP 8.1

This question is targeted to a MS employee.
MS has not updated us lately with any info regarding the promised fix for the 1020 and 925 users over the freezing and reboot issues found on WP 8.1 Cyan. Also I must address you that on 8.1 battery on my 1020 drains way faster than on 8.0, same apps, same background tasks (even less than on 8.0).
After flashing a brand new firmware, hard reset, setting phone as new instead of backup battery drain still occurs. It's not acceptable to drain 33% over the night with no messenger background apps,no weather,no facebook or any social network app!
On WP 8.0 I could get less than 10% loss overnight, but now...33%???!
I am not using DP, only public release.
