I really need help, I can't get my lumia 1020 to update to the latest preview build from W8.1

Bought lumia 1020:
Software: Windows Phone 8.1 Update
OS version: 8.10.14226.359
Firmware revision number: 3051.50009.1451.1011

I did hard reset, installed windows insider, chose all build (fast, slow, insider preview). nothing works.
When i tried insider preview and check for updates under settings i got "Your phone is up to date".

Please help me get the preview build

I have same problem since yesterday, after testing so many things ( soft and hard reset and even dg to 8.1 cyan and then to denim update ) and asking forum ( and receive no answer yet ) finally I leaved the insider program from pc ( because I could not cancelled it from app on my phone ) and then joined again the program but this time there is no build for me ( and also lumia 1020 is not on the supporting list, I know that later it was not but still you can get preview builds as I did it myself about 2 month ago but this time I can't )

It seems that support for lumia 1020 is over ( but I hope not ......

Try it by downloading upgrade adviser if it doesn't help i think your no longer supported

The Lumia 1020 wasn't eligible for official Win10m, so the upgrade advisor isn't going to be of any use.
All I can advise is to select Release Preview, your phone should reboot, then once it has restarted check you are in the Release Preview ring before checking for updates. It's also worth giving it 24 hours to see the update.

I try today again and this time I can enroll in Release Preview ring, but it's like later and I can't download build still
I wanna try to not connecting to internet for 24 hours and then hard/soft reset my phone and then try it again, hope it work

There was never an W10M update available for the 1020 through the Upgrade Advisor app. The only way was by being an insider.
But for a few days it's "entirely" impossible to get W10M on the 1020, because you can't get a 10586 through the Insider Release Preview Ring anymore. MS is preparing this ring for 14393 builds.

If you are on 10586 now the only way is to install WPInternals, unlock your bootloader and install a Custom ROM (Caution: very dangerous!)
