not able to download app after hard reset

guys m not able to download app after hard reset... like twitter,uc browser,bing sports,windows insider etc... plzzz help me guys...

Check email+acc to see if your mail address is still there.

Check if your time/date and region are all set correctly.

Check if backup text messages is turned on, then turn it off (just to be sure)

Finally do a soft reset and try to download again

Can you download no apps at all or what.

on 5th feb i reset my whole phone lumia 1320 after that i found... twitter windows insider uc browser etc. apps are not getting download it shows error...

What kind of an error are you getting? You downloading apps on mobile network or wifi network?
