Interesting... on 11/15 you asked everyone who already got the 1520 about the video playback quality, so I am assuming you didn't have the phone on the 15th... on the 16th, you post a picture taken in Antarctica... When and where in the world did you get your 1520?

Pic of the gf. I didn't realize that when you crop it and save it w/the basic crop app that it overwrites the picture you're editing... On my Titan it would save it in the "saved pictures" folder.

I don't know...these pictures just don't seem on par with the 1020.

I thought maybe it was me and my 1520 and the way i was taking pics but i am not overly impressed with this camera.

DOn't get me wrong the photos look nice but they don't look like i'd expect them too.

Post an example of one of your pictures. Mine were taken in no light except for the lights on the Christmas tree...I have not taken any outside yet or with full light.

I'm pretty happy with the pics given the concerns from reviewers. I think low light pics look better than the iPhone 5s. I don't have a 1029, so I couldn't compare to that.

Here is my dinner tonight(the Top pic is from my new 1520) and the Second Pic is from my old 1020....

Overall the quality is good I suppose but i have to take more shots to get the best shot with my 1520 vs I can take one shot and it comes out great with the 1020...But i guess they do look more or less comparable but i prefer the quality of the 1020 it seems more sharper.

Yes, these pics were taken at separate times(the 1520 was tonight and the 1020 was like a month ago) but under near identical conditions.
