Updates don't download

Hi,

I cannot update my Nokia Lumia 520 because updates do not download either on a mobile data connection or WiFi. I know my connection is active because I can browse the Internet and download emails. When I try to update it tells me "Downloading update 0%" and never progresses from there (I've waited days!).

I'm having the same issue right now. Same story with downloading new apps. They'll usually complete eventually after several re-attempts once you get the dreaded 'Attention required. Tap here.' message, but it's getting on my nerves now. I'm finding myself continually stressing over it and checking its download progress every few minutes.

Glad to see I'm not the only one though, maybe this will get to MS's attention soon and be fixed.
