Official WP8.1 release?

Has anybody got the cyan update for Lumia 520 in INDIA, I m asking about official update not preview for developers version?, if yes then plz guide me!!

No one has received cyan update except the newer devices (lumia 630-636/638 and lumia 930) comes preinstalled with cyan update. It is expected to arrive later this summer to all windows phone 8/8.1 devices.
