Unable to deactivate voice control and use phone properly

I was playing in the Whatsapp settings and activated a voice control or voice over option and now I can't change it back. I'm unable to do any scrolling on my phone, I can run some things with a double-tapping and everything I tap on is framed with a yellow frame.
I can't access the precise option to change it back (because I can't scroll!), also it won't even react when I click on any of the (without scrolling accessible) whatsapp setting options.
I'm really desperate because I can only use my phone very limited or not at all now and I didn't find any information about this on the internet.

i really never seen an option like that in whatsapp. but i think you activated narrator option in the ease of access settings and may you went to that settings page while adjusting the font size in whatsapp. hold the volume up button and press the windows key then it'll ask you to double tap the windows key...and the narrator will be turned off
