The update was downloaded, but couldn't be opened (8018830f)

I always get the error above while updating my Lumia 520 (Dev Prev) to Windows Phone 8.1 (8.10.14219.341). I think this is the update where the cellular data can now be put into the Action Center.

Things I have tried:
1. Restarted my phone.
2. Changed my region back to the original.
3. Check if time and date is correct and is correct.
4. Have 1.81GB free space in my phone memory.

I do not want to go through resetting my phone
Anymore ideas how to fix this?

Just got on to check the article out.

BTW, how can I know if I am still part of the Dev Preview program?

If you still have enabled the check mark in the PFD app you are still in.
If you uncheck it you are out.
If you deleted the app I would install it again and mark the box to get in .
If you want out unmark it .


If to see if you have only "half" of the PFD updates check your current OS version. If it should be the same as the denim OS version.

Go to Storage Sense > SD card > remove card. Power down and physically remove the SD card. Retry.
