Can I repair my Nokia Lumia 520 after a hard reset failure?

I've tried to install windows 10 on my Lumia 520,I've did it but it was the build 10166,and i read on the internet that i need to do a hard reset if i want to work properly,I've start the hard reset,but after a few seconds when the gears start to spin and the bar start to fill up, appears this and the phone shut down,when i try to open the phone he try to do a hard reset but every time appears this error and I can stop it. What I want to ask is if i can reinstall the software alone with a program,and if somebody know a program please tell me,or I should go with him in a service? (and sorry for my bad English)
