lumia 521 windows 8.0 firmware for internet sharing to work

Hi,

My lumia 521 used to work with internet sharing on windows 8.0. However, after update to windows 8.1 Cyan internet sharing stopped working.

I want to restore back to 8.0 but the windows recovery tool can only restore to the latest firmware. So where can I find and download the older versions of firmware, like 8.0 Amber or Black (gdr2, gdr3) firmware? I want to download them and flash the ROM, but cannot find them.

Did you check APN settings? When I updated to denim, I lost them and I asked my carrier

Thank you. I added the new APN.

I believe the phone blocked internet sharing. As it worked on Windows 8.0, I believe the updated firmware blocked it. So I want to find the older versions to flash.

And I think 521 does not have update to Denim.
