Nokia Lumia 610 data settings problem

I just bought this second hand nokia lumia 610 through sulit.com.ph for just P5,000.00..it was slightly used...it was already reset to its factory settings when i received it...everything is working well but i have one single problem with its data settings..im using globe service provider...and when im on data connection, internet does not work even if it's on and i am subscribed to a free surfing promo all day...it only works when im on wifi or when i sync to my laptop...pls help...how can i solve this problem...

I also bought a lumia 610 second hand it works great except my dat service wifi works fine but i cant use my 3G at all it so annoying i feeling to sell the phone cuz i want to experience all the features ......Can someone tell me wht to do :crying:
