you could try a factory reset or try softwaring it through nokia care if you can, but you will lost your data.

bought my lumia 620 last saturday, im in kolkata, bargained extremely hard for 13400, got the lime green version...
i upgraded from nokia 5320 and found many many disadvantages practically using the phone... did not think about these before.... in hindsight, should have had...

Bought Lime Green Lumia 620 at 14.5K. Cyan was not available in the many stores I searched. The guy from whom I bought my phone told me Nokia stopped producing Cyan colour because of some production issues. Not sure if it is true.

Guys, you're buying the 620 for 14,500? Aren't you paying too much? Here, in Surat, Bh**** Mobiles (masking the name so that it doesn't look like an advertisement) is selling the Lumia 620 for 13,750 and they're also giving a complimentary silver coin. I purchased my L620 on 9th April. However, shells are not available anywhere. Are shells available in your location?
