lumia 620 turning off by itself by shaking

I recently 1 month ago I bought a lumia 620 and it is turning off by itself by few days, when I put it in my pocket or when I just shake it or even when i takes its back panel .
please somebody help me to know whether its hardware or software problem or it is covered in my warranty :crying:

Sounds like the battery might not be fitting in its compartment correctly. I'd take it back to where I got it from if I were you and have it replaced.

Most likely it is a hardware problem. Namely a loose battery. Nevertheless, it will be covered by warranty.

My friend, look the three pin that connects the battery, one of mine was broken so it had to be soldered. I lost a battery that almost caught on fire but now all seems fine.
