Screen protector

10 times soft reset can't solve the problems,,but after 5 hours now my phone back to normal. What's the problem,?is it hardware or just software?????please.. Screen protector..

How about a hard reset? You could just have a lemon. It happens.

The bad is just the screen protector.,i removed it now screen so smooth.

Three touch buttons (Back, Start, Search) of my Lumia 620 also have some problems when I have screen protector on the screen. Sometimes not working, Sometimes phone taps the button automatically while I haven't tapped it, ...
I've tested two different screen protectors, both making problems.
I may remove it soon.
