Why isn't my power button and ringer working on my Lumia 620?

power button and ringer not working on lumia 620

after i updated my lumia to windows 10 technical preview the power button and the ringer are not working.. plz help

If the power button does not work you can not do a soft reset. So the only thing you can do is go to settings and do a hard reset / factory reset. If this still does not work roll back.
