I've had my 625 for many months now and don't know if I had this issue before the 8.1 update or not but
the other day I wanted to listen a few songs(mp3 tracks) via the headphones/Handsfree kit included but the sound quality was terrible.
It sounded like I was listening to music throiugh the house phone. Absolutely no low end frequency response.
I try another set of proper audio headphones but the same problem.
If I connect via Bluetooth to a dock the music sounds great and as it should, normal.
The problem seems to only via the headphones.
Does anyone else have this issue , is it normal for this model or is my phone actually faulty?
