Why isn't my account listed on Windowsphone.com / Lumia 625 / Win 10 Tech Prev?

Account not listed on Windowsphone.com / Lumia 625 / Win 10 Tech Prev

I was able to work with windowsphone.com, using my phone account. My phone used to be listed and I could install apps.

Now my phone is not listed anymore. All windowsphone.com can come up with is: buy a new phone or do a factory reset of settings on your phone.

I am using the right account to log in, I use the same password. I tried the factory reset, but nothing works. Still I cannot find my phone on windowsphone.com.

All the reset - such as syncing between outlook and calendars works very smoothly. I am also able to login using this account to Windows Store, but windowsphone.com doesn't recognize anything.

Any ideas?

Indeed you can not "see" your phone at windowsphone.com and I also do not know why this is.
But if you login https://account.microsoft.com/about and go to "device" you still will see your phone.
