how to solve the problem non compatible mode when i connect my nokia lumia 625 with nokia suits

i cannot connect my lumia 625 with nokia pc suits it always shows " Nokia Device connected in a non compatible mode" how I can solve this problem.

Nokia PC Suite is used with old Symbian and Series 40 phones.
◦You cannot use Nokia PC Suite with a Lumia or newer Nokia Asha phones.

I want to update my lumia 625 to windows8 OS, now ive windows7, how I can do with my laptop.

Sorry I do not really understand your question.
Do you want to upgrade the OS from your PC from Window 7 to Windows 8. If so you have to buy a windows 8 license for your PC.

Your Lumia 625 has no Windows 7 but already windows 8 (out off the box) if you want to update it to the latest version you need the WPST or LSRT.

Just download usb driver of your phone and install it to pc. It will work.
