Nokia Lumia phone is frozen and holding the three buttons downis not working. ther options?

My Nokia is a 625. Has been having freezing problems of lately. Otherwise, it is working perfectly. This freezing started since I began to use Bluetooth in my car. Any ideas how I can unfreeze it?

Try a soft reset. Just hold down the power button for about 15 seconds or until it vibrates.

That's not a soft reset... LOL... that's a normal shutdown!

Not normal...forced shutdown.

Normal = long press power + swipe down
Force = long press power for 3-4 seconds
Soft reset = volume down + power for 3-4 seconds
