SD Card not being read

My 635 will not read my SD Card even after formatting it. It is read by my backup Android but not my 635. Any suggestions?

I had this issue with 8.1 and the 10 preview update also

I have had this issue before with my 830. I tried a couple of things before going for a hard reset (which eventually fixed it). Make sure the card is formatted on a PC (I prefer exFAT) before inserting back in the phone. If that still doesn't work (and you don't have another card to test or use) then try a hard reset
