MMS Text Error - Can Not Send Message Again

Phone: Lumina 635
OS: Windows 8.1
Carrier: Virgin Mobile (Sprint)

Problem:
When sending a text with an attached photo get error - Can not send message. This happens ONLY when I choose the To: by typing a name.
Here where it is weird - I can send a MMS (photo attached) text without error IF I type the phone number (not a name) into the To:

Thoughts?
