downloading pdf file

My phone is synced with my work outlook account. When I check it and somebody sends me an attachment that is pdf file, my phone will not download it. Any suggestions??

Do you have Adobe Reader installed from the Marketplace?

I do have the adobe reader installed. it takes awhile for the download to be complete. Is there a rhyme or reason why at first it will not download and then all of sudden it does?

It looks like all I needed to do was take out my battery and put it back in. Thanks to my T-Mobile rep...
