Hi I am considering getting either a 710 or 610 however it is crucial that I can connect to my favorite internet station called FIP. Please could anyone with a Lumia let me know whether they can get it to work?

The internet radio station site is: fip - direct - Site Fip

There are further connection details here: Aide l'coute - Site Fip

    Many Thanks

Bienvenue WPCentral mon amie! but we have to speak English here. :D

Are you hoping to listen to this music through one of the browser links you pointed out, because I only see applications for iPhone and Android, correct?

Yes, I am aware there are at present only apps for android, blackberry and iphone. Would it be possible for it to play through the lumia web browser or any other means?

I just brought the website up through the IE browser on my Windows Phone and it needs Adobe Flash to work. The IE browser does not support Adobe Flash. Maybe one of the WP Developers here can write an application for it.

I guess you can't paste the http://www.tv-radio.com/station/fip_...p_mp3-128k.m3u url into the media player then? Nevermind, am quite a fan of nokia but the music must come first.

FIP Radio is available thru the TuneIn Radio app if it helps. It's free too.

That link wouldn't come up on WP browser without Flash.

Yep! That's your best bet. Its a 128 kbps mp3 stream and it works just fine.

And just a little more info about TuneIn. It's an app that features nearly every radio station in the world that has a stream available online. It's an excellent app.
