Device reboots if connecting 3g

Hi i am checkin my friends lumia 710 because it reboots if it connects 3g so any idea why its doing it??
I am not very familiar with windows phones (all phones been android ) so some easy to follow guide would be good )

If you don't get any other advice you could try a hard reset, but that will delete all data on the phone.

That's strange, then I hate to tell you this, but it's probably hardware

OK then but luckily it works without 3g )
