I don't think this is normal

You need to do a super soft reset.
How many charge cycles did you go thru?

I did it
soft reset <didn't help>everytime i did a soft reset an other 15% would go down
so finally did a hard reset <problem still not solved >
before amber no such problem existed.

Do you use the official charger or just some random charger?
Do you charge using the computer or wall outlet?
How many charge cycles did you go through?

Try a different wall outlet this time.
Let the phone drain until 20% or so is left, let it charge till 100% and report back.

Also try to charge it fully.. on my phone I see difference in charging when internet is ON.. it will show 100% first and Battery app will say Full.. then if charging is stopped at that time, there is faster drain. so now I wait for the second toast saying battery full. now the battery remains on 100% for more time..

just make sure all Location[optional], Background apps and live tiles, Tap To Share are set OFF..

Last night I updated to GDR3 , looks like battery is stable! at least till now.
