Question about replacement

Hey guys, I have got replacement about two days ago. But, I noticed that device I got has scratches on volume button, camera and power button. Back side is dirty. On Nokia logo I thing there is sticker which removed before the phone giving to me. Their is no SAR sticker on back. Dust in camera lense and earphone connecter. Is it ok?? I talk to nokia care , they told me they don't know about that because phone was swapped from Delhi head office of nokia . Anyone got new one in replacement as the pack in new box??

The replacement device should be a brand new device. They sure are cheating you. Get in touch with Nokia and post a complain.

Try emailing or contact Nokia Care online. I'm sure they will be able to provide help when they realise the situation.
