Nokia Care suite gives an error

Hi,

I connect phone to comp, opens up NCS, it connects but gives an error, not sure why this is happening. Any help is appreciated? Thanks.

I use NSU. It still shows the old firmware though. Will give NCS a try.

Shows similar message for my Lumia 720 and Lumia 920. Guess its some issue with the software. Or they maybe uploading new firmware in the servers. I may be wrong.

its been like this from a week now, when i tried NSU, it gives a message something similar to above one "cant not read application data" something that sort off, am not able to find any online forums discussing this error.

I updated NCS to its latest version. Seems to be working fine now. Give it a try.

why so much efforts anyway? it is so that, update is available thru pc suite and not thru OTA?
anyway, apart from the update, what else can we do with pc suite?
