Getting this error when i'm trying to downgrade from 8.1 preview to 8

Hi ,

I am getting this error when i'm trying to downgrade from 8.1 preview to 8


i tried resetting the phone and tried to connect when unlocked but still getting same issue
only once i was able to connect it but somehow i had to disconnect it
Any help is appreciated

From what I understand, there isn't a way to go back from 8.1 preview to 8.

Is there a particular issue you are having with 8.1 that maybe the comunity can help you with?

I believe i'm getting delayed notifications on whatsapp and i'm getting 2g data connection while my plan is of 3g

I am able to connect my phone via NSU now but for that i had to download nokia care suite
I'm downloading the firmware RM885_3046.0000.1334.0001_RETAIL_im_india_249_01_269885.

No luck i'm ending with some unusal error using Nokai care suite.
Is there any other way to install the firmware ? well i have the fimware file with me.:unhappysweat:

I went to the local mobile shop flash my Phone then upgraded back to 8 using nokia recovery tool .

That ***** guy installed Thailand version on my phone

but somehow i managed . You can close this topic now :smile:
