New firmware 12070 sound bug

same problem I had Lumia 800 about few days (HTC Mozart in the past). Firts second of ringtone in toooo loud, then is ok. In games, volume +- is working as they want. 1-10 is extreme loud, 10-13-20 is acceptable. what the ****?? :dry

What firmware are you on? The update fixed it all.
And that was about 1.5 months ago.

I have 1600.2487.8107.12070.

On apps:
0 - silent
1-10 loud!
11- above - OK

Ringtone 1-30 work OK. Only first second of ringtone is max loud.

But how do you get 12072? Every time I check, it says there is no new update. My phone is factory unlocked and my last update was 12070 using the official release?

It's only been released officially to Vodafone customers.
