I don't know what it means but I would suggest ringing Nokia Care up and ask what it is.

NO CHANGE SINCE LAST POST NO PHONE :unhappy:called them and they just said when there is a change the log will be updated......not much help or explanation no phone since 25th may as well lose a limb does any1 know how long these take:unhappy:

give them chance , it updates to repaired (where possible) the coding of messages is just for internal usage on what the status is. once done it'll change to repaired with a short hour or two delay in updating.:shocked:

did you figure it out? I am having exactly the same thing come up at the moment. All the people telling you to be patient have clearly not been without their phone! I am sure it would be different if it was them!

I had the screen freeze problem with my Nokia lumia 920, I carried out a hard reset with no success. I sent it off to Nokia technical support last week and this is the update I received. Its pretty much the same as above. I will detail after allocated.

can anyone advise me what this means? I have 2 main worries
1) The plastic screen had a crack in it, the LCD was working fine so this was not an issue with the screen freezing as this had occurred before the crack happened
2)They state that it came with the battery removed, although the Nokia care agent AND the booking in email advised me to do this!

I now believe that they have seen the above and decided not to repair my Nokia as BER mean beyond economical repair. There is no mention of a new phone. Can anyone please shed any light on this????

This basically means that part of your phone is broken or modified and is not covered by the warranty, usually modifications to the system as you thought, so is likely to be the cracked screen.
This means that the damage not covered by the warranty (The cracked screen) will not be repaired, however they will still repair any faults that are covered by the warranty:

• Faults with system not caused by modification
• Internal components not damaged by negligence
• Water damage
• most faults with headphone jack

NOTE- If you are paying to have your nokia device repaired then disregard the above, as your devices screen or other faults will be repaired regardless of the warranty.
