Delete system apps from

I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 810 which has Windows 8 on it and I just wanted to know if there any way to delete some of the useless apps that come with.

In the app list, press and hold the app and an option menu will pop up with option to delete, you should be able to delete any app on your phone

Tried that all I get is "pin to start" no option to delete

USA. Trying to delete apps like Music+Video, and Help+Tips. The reason why is because no matter what music player app I install it automatically goes to xbox music player after my screen locks

These are not apps, there system files and cannot be deleted
