    You need to select the "Value Plan" from the menu on the right. Once that is done, check the 'terms' and see how they have changed to "no contract" and the term fee changes to N/A.

    When I checked last, TMO said you can request for unlock code after 60 days of use of the phone. You can probably check with TMO for latest words from them.

    So when you order this through the MS store do you still have to pay the first month + activation fee if you never use the phone? Thinking about getting one as a secondary backup phone
