I am just wondering since the 810,820,822 are very much alike expect for a few small difference.

Does anyone think that the larger battery from the 822 will work on the 820 ? 1600 on 820 is nice, but, the 1800 on 822 would be even better at least 4 to 6 more hours of battery life.

Probably best to email Nokia about it and see what they say..

What do you think if you could get the 822 battery to work in 820 would you swap them?

    Nokia Care Chat..

Robbie: Hi, my name is Robbie. Thank you for contacting Nokia Care Chat. How may I help you?

    Corepc
I have a tech question about the Lumia 820, 810, 822. Can the larger battery from the 810 or 822 be used in the Lumia 820 itself.

    Robbie
I'll be more than happy to assist you with your concern. Before we proceed, may I know your full name please?

    Corepc
    Jimmy

    Robbie
Thank you for the information Jimmy. One moment please let me check the battery models of the said phone.

    Corepc
    Thank You

    Robbie
    You are most welcome.

I will be getting an 820 soon, but, was just wondering if battery could be replaced with one from the 810 or 822 for longer battery life. And Any Word on When the Shells will be shipping in USA..

    Robbie
    Thank you for patiently waiting.

    Robbie
    Sorry for the delay.

    Corepc
    you are fine no hurry

    Robbie
Upon checking from my end the battery model of the Nokia Lumia 810 is Nokia BP-4W and for the Nokia Lumia 820 and Nokia Lumia 822 it is the Nokia BP-5T.

    Robbie
It means that you can only use the battery of the Nokia Lumia 822 for your Nokia Lumia 820 because it has the same battery model. However, you cannot use the battery of the Nokia Lumia 810 it might not work for your phone.

    Robbie
    Are you still there Jimmy?

    Corepc
Thanks the 810 and 822 list 1800 amp battery. And 820 list 1650 is that correct.

    Robbie
You are most welcome. The Nokia Lumia 810 battery have a 1800 mAh and the Nokia Lumia 820 and Nokia Lumia 822 battery have a 1650 mAh.

    Corepc
So the specs on Nokia site 822 have the battery listed wrong..it is 1650amp then..Thanks

    Robbie
Yes, that is correct. You are most welcome. May I know if did I manage to provide the information you need?
Can Somebody with an 822 check and see if they have an 1650 Battery or 1800 battery ? The Nokia Sites say the 822 has 1800 but Care Chat is saying it 1650..

The battery on my black Lumia 822 clearly says 1800mAh and is part number BP-4W.

Thanks for Clarifying, guess Robbie from Nokia Care got them mixed up. 8xx variants numbers are too close together.

How has battery life been so far since we are talking about batteries..
