de-branding lumia 820 help

Hi all

Has anyone de-branded a lumia 820 yet ??

Mine is on vodafone and im thinking of rebrading it only i cant find an unbranded variant for my country code.

I have a 820 with NZ vodafone as the carrier, running 8.0.10211.204 (which i think is the latest) FW v is 1232.5951.1249.1004
i wondered if i could use euro or GB variant or is this likley to brick my phone.

any help would be great
