Apps size keep growing

I realized that there are some applications which size keeps growing after every use without purposly saving anything with it. For example when I installed an internet radio listener app, its size was some MB and after some hours of use it grew to some hundred MB. I reinstalled the app so it has the starter size now, but as I see it keeps growing again with use. What can I do for it to keep it's original size as I use it? Deleting temporary files didn't help.

It must be caching data in the application storage.

Only way to change is to report the problem to the developer who may not appreciate the extent the app is using device memory.

You can code the same thing in many ways, sometimes with unintended consequences like this. They likely don't know it's an issue so if you email them and explain the problem then they can look at it and limit their buffering and clear on close or restart, set limits etc.
