The shutter speed can't set to 4s after updated to 8.1

I can only set shutter speed to 1s in 8.1 rather than 4s in 8.0. please, anyone know how to do?

They removed 4s shutter speed with lumia black update. Only pureview devices can achieve 4s shutter speed in nokia camera.

You can achieve 4sec shutter speed

Go to Nokia camera
Let the shutter speed be automatic
Go to ISO and set it to 100
Now does ur camera on a dark region and u'll have 4sec shutter

hello was watching this post and well the elimination of the slowest shutter speed on the nokia 820 and other models that do not be of the serie 92x 1020 and higher is because was too obvious that for power the purchases of those models that are model "photo" oriented models just the 920 and higher models have 4s of shutter speed due a limit by firmware, not by hardware or mechanical parts i have the same problem but later of try in a store the 1020 i understood why , i have an 820 and i just do not like that can not get anymore 4s of shutter speed

I have a Lumia 822 (WP8.1 DP / Black), and have also lost the ability for a 4sec shutter speed. Max is 1sec in ProShot, Nokia camera & regular camera apps. Bummer!
