Issue with phone locking

Has anyone had issues with their 822 not able to lock during phone calls. My wife's just started to do this and is causing her to randomly hit buttons and hang up on people. After she resets it, it works just fine for a while and then starts all over again.

I called customer support after talking to her just now and they said to call back later when I have the phone and they'll most likely make me do a hard reset.

Just curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Nope, no problem here. I've had mine since Launch.

I didn't have that problem exactly.

Mine would just freeze randomly. Averaged about once/day. Only fix was battery removal - annoying and inconvenient depending on the case.

After the first week and all the update downloads, it still did it. So, I exchanged it for a new 822 and the problem was solved. There are some lemons
out there, I guess.
