Tiles/Lockscreen/Calendar do not update

My phone does not update automatically....at all. I am not talking about just the 30 minute issue, but it will only update if I manually select that app. My lockscreen does not change pictures, the calendar (various calendar apps too) stays on the last day you manually opened, the battery does not change percentage......only thing that updates is my email. This is frustrating.....been going on for some time now....any ideas?

Have you rebooted? You can also try switching to Airplane mode and then switch back and see if that works.
