    If you happen to live near a Fry's Electronics store and want a black Lumia 822, it is listed at $199.00 for just the device at the store in Tempe, AZ. I don't know if this would apply at other stores and certainly does not apply to their website. Website purchases are handled by a third party vendor. Personally, I do not like the 822 at all but if someone is in need of an off contract device or can't afford to replace a broken phone for full price, it could be an option. Again, don't bother going to their website. If you are interested, you need to go into the store and check the display and then grab an actual sales person. BTW, the SIM card costs an extra $7.00
