To transfer contacts, copy them all to your phone storage in your Samsung, then use the Transfer My Data app (Transfer my Data | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)) to transfer them to your Lumia. You can not transfer them to the SIM card (AFAIK). Another easier and recommended way is to sync them with your Microsoft/Gmail/any account and then sync them back by adding that account to your Lumia.
