(SOLVED!!) Problem/Troubleshooting: Camera/Video
Video:
When I click the video icon in camera mode, it shows the camera is ready to record. However, when I click the camera button to start filming, nothing happens.
Camera in lock/sleep mode:
I am supposed to be able to hold down the camera button in sleep mode to wake the phone up and take a photo, but when I do this, nothing happens (only occasionally). I have "Prevent accidental camera launch when phone in locked" turned off under Picture settings.
Any ideas?
Update:
Yay!! Silly me...the problem wasn't the phone, it was that I wasn't pressing the camera button down all the way!! There are "two" different levels of clicks, and I didn't yet realize this--I just wasn't pushing the button hard enough.
I guess I'll leave this post in case anyone else were to come across this same thing.
