I know that WP8 is right around the corner, and I know this is supposedly outdated, but I just couldn't help myself.

Am I crazy for not caring about the fact that this won't be getting WP8?

If you ordered it on-contract in the States, yes, you're crazy. The Lumia 820 will be nearly as cheap on-contract and will be better in nearly every respect. But that's what return policies are for, right?

If you ordered it off-contract and got a good deal, then no, not as much.

:)

I didn't order it on contract, I ordered it unlocked completely.

I plan on throwing it on Straight Talk.

I just really really liked my Titan (aside from the call quality being 'are you in a tunnel?')

I don't plan on ever signing a two year contract.

I save quite a bit of money over the course of the two years with my method.

AT&T was charging 100$ a month for the service I'm getting for about 50$.

Yikes.

Could you elaborate?

I don't know what I'm missing out on when it comes to my phone experience.

Your 900 is a great phone, and obv has tons of great features. IMO its just not the best time when newer hardware, with better specs, new features, and a new OS are just 1-2 weeks away to enhance that experience further than ever before. Again, if your happy with the purchase then that's all that matters.

The only thing I might have done was waited to see what unlocked Lumia 820 devices go for in the States. I don't know how much you paid for your Lumia 900, though, so I can't say what would be a good deal.

I got a Lumia 900 a month ago, but I got it off Craigslist for $200. I'm on StraightTalk as well.

The 900 is a solid phone. Returned my IP5 for one, sold my ATT gs3 and my international 9300 is in he drawer and don't miss it. The Lumia 900 is just as good for day to day use and the 920 should be that much better
