If you havent yet, do try the Nokia Play To App with your Xbox 360. The 2012 Xbox holiday update (now public) carries full DLNA DMR support. The Nokia Play To app works great with it.

    Xbox Play To Support:
Play To | Play to on Xbox | Streaming media on Xbox - Xbox.com

    DLNA Site:
    Product Search

This is a welcomed update. I use to have to jump through hoops to get Nokia play to, to work properly.

Playto isn't available to wp8. It was on 7.5. Not sure when it will be back.
