I placed my order for a cyan 920 at 645 am est and as of 930am when I called CS to try and get my free charger pad. My order wasn't in their system. I have the confirmation email and order number but the rep said there's no order/ upgrade placed on my account???? They are going to call me later to try and figure it out. How long does it take to appear in the system? Since I have the confirmation email my order was put through correct? Also she said she note my account for the wireless charger and if my phone doesn't arrive with one that I can go to my local store and pick 1 up
