Anyone else have this problem? I pre-ordered a red 920 on Wed morning in store, but when I went to pick it up today they didn't have it. In fact, my order still says in progress. The reps in store didn't know what happened and customer service is clueless as well.
Does anyone know if there is anything else I can do?
What is the point of the pre-order if it doesn't show up on launch day.
Att is not impressing me.
Anyone else have a similar story?
