    I tested out some shots this morning with my iphone4 and the 920. aiming the 920 at the trees and sky in my backyard looked excellent on the screen, until I took the picture. The quick image it shows before it quickly slides to the left looks noticeably compressed.

    Its dissapointing to see that when looking through the lens, the image looks amazing, but as soon as the picture is snapped, it loses so much detail :(

    No option to save as a higher resolution? And it may just be the thumbnail being compressed.

    Yes, folks have reported daytime images on the 920 to be comparable to other phones. Nokia is aware of the problem and are working on a fix.

    It is dissappointing, but have solace - you get to take subpar pics with the Lumia 920. I'm still in limbo stage with Best Buy on when my order for October 21st will ship!!
