    no email, app store working.
    Keep getting error saying "check your data connection or try again later"
    have about 2-3 bars of 4g
    Can call and get sms.

    Is your email though Office 365? I think it's down right now.

    not sure whats 0ffice 365.
    i just have yahoo email.
    i cant get online on IE
    i can open app store.
    basically besides calling + sms nothing works.

    Make sure data is turned on.

    Go to Settings --> Cellular. Make sure Data Connection says On.

    Was this a phone bought at an AT&T store? Were you able to get online before, but now can't? Or were you never able to get online?

    Sounds like a SIM provisioning problem. Did this just start happening or did you just now get your phone? This happened to me when I first got mine (fortunately I was still in the store). I rebooted it and it worked fine since then.

    att idiots removed my data plan on the upgrade last night. :mad:

    thanx for all ur help.
    sux that we can turn off 4g as i dont get solid 4g in all areas.

    I know what you mean. I'm on a fringe area. I will jump in and out of 4G in different parts of my house.
