Second Batch of 920's

I've read a few people's posts about taking their 920's back and getting one from the "second batch". Since my 920 has pretty poor battery life and the yellowish tint capacitative buttons (which, honestly never bothered me until I knew it supposedly wasn't supposed to be like that) I've thought about exchanging it for another one. But how do you know if the one you're getting is from the second batch?

I don't know if I got one from the second batch but my replacement 920 came with the power cord in a plastic/metal tie wrap instead of a black rubber band.
